KPH believes in contributing actively to the communities where we work and live. We have set out a business model that promotes optimal integration between business goals and our social responsibility strategy and functions.

We ensure our business model is sustainable by focusing on three key areas, namely:

Innovating & staying competitive:

Promotes competitiveness and innovation in our business dealings. We innovate and provide quality solutions that are efficient, dependable, reliable and more importantly, at competitive prices and reasonable profit.
We do not strive to be the lowest cost solution provider or one that is just keen on making huge profits.

Reducing Waste:

Reduce waste by repairing rather than replace as well as other efforts to reduce our environmental footprint. We provide all sorts of repair service for our clients from sewing torn bags, changing damaged tripod legs, blown lamps, covers and other parts/consumables and troubleshooting, servicing and repairing security system/components.

Focusing on productivity:

Improve productivity by having a culture of happy employees. We implement employment practices that are fair and equitable to all regardless of age, race, nationality, religion and beliefs. We also put in place a work environment that promotes work-life harmony and continuous learning. At the office, we practice e-filing, duplex printing, paper re-cycling and lights-out during lunch.

We fulfil our social responsibility by working with the various voluntary organisations and charitable societies. Through our 'community pricing support scheme', we offer our solutions and technical support at zero (where possible) or marginal profits for the sake of staff development and company growth.
